Evening and Weekend NHS Appointments are available in the OxFed Evening and Weekend GP Clinics, located around the Oxford City area, where you can consult with a NHS GP, practice nurse, or other health professional. Appointments are booked by calling our Practice reception who can advise if the service is suitable for your needs. Community Midwives

Our Midwives, together with the Doctors, offer ante-natal and post-natal care in the surgery clinics and at home. A range of childbirth options is available, including both midwife and consultant care at the John Radcliffe Hospital.

Community Nurses

Our District Nurses look after patients and those caring for them at home. They give nursing care and arrange help from other sources.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
